fuel bypass hose connection
Where are you guys running your bypass to, back to tank or inlet side of pump? Mallory comp 250 pump, bg bypass regulator installed after carb inlets.

back into the tank, with a tube running about 1.5" off the bottom for aeration, and as far away from the inlet as possible.

i have my return running back to the tank in the bottom my cell is only 3 gal so i ran it back beside the feed line.i don't the foam in my cell and with it returning up top it makes alot of air in the fuel but down low it don't

I run mine into the top of the tank aswell with tube going down,
A friend of mine ran his into T -fitting on the inlet of his filter before the pump and it caused the carb to flood bad enough that gas would flow out the top of the carb
I moved it to feed into the tank and it fixed the problem
