Thanks guys, it's been a wonderfully fun filled day. Started out with about 6 guys showing up to tape and mud dry wall, followed by 3 carpet guys, and 3 plumbers. I was about ready for a beer by 9 am from all of the questions and running around showing everybody their area of operation. LOL Gonna go have a steak, and a beer and then a whiskey. 
I just hope everyone has as good of a day as they could.

D, you better make it down. Your hunting lodge will be done for sure. Zephyr Bob is coming today to put in the doors, and I get to meet F250 Mike on Sat. Going to be a great week.
