When I go to the oval track to visit with and support customers, I see a few of their drums in trailers.
That's where I got wind of using the VP "Late Model Plus" gasoline on the dyno.
They are based in Indiana so, the distance may be the thing and they may make visits to the tracks themselves to promote their product and make deliveries at the same time.
I pick-up my VP in Terre Haute, Indiana.
When I was visiting the Oswego, NY track, there were a lot of "Powermist" drums visible so, I am sure locality has a lot to do with it.
Dragon Racing Fuels is the track gasoline at Milan Dragway in Milan, Michigan.

I was going to use Tarragon 110 this year since Newton Oil who makes Dragon fuels is only 45 miles from me.
So I called one of the dealers and about crapped my pants when they quoted me the price.
I'll keep using the $7.50 a gallon 110 octane I have been using.
It may be good fuel but it's too expensive for this poor boy!!!

Yea ... If you need C16 quality then I don't think you could get away with running anybodies 110 gasoline and still have pistons left.

I run the dragon 112 motor octane is 110 and a 250 plate with ngk 10 plugs and no problems.
