Can anyone tell me about Ford performance solutions crate motors? They have a 557in. big block for 8900.00 .Are they reputable, has anyone here used them? Almost sounds to good to be true...

Re: f-p-s.com
Would you recommend one of these 557in. motors? I'm the building a foxbody coupe stock suspension with a glide and I was wanting to spray it eventually. I was considering a small block, but like the idea of the bigblock torque and power. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I don't have any personal experience with any of his big block stuff. I do have a couple friends that have ran his windor strikers, mand SBF stuff and it seemed ok.

There are plenty of vendors and builders on this site that can steer you in the right direction. CircleR, Lem, and Charlie, Oakley Motorsports, Randy Malik, and on, and on.
Re: f-p-s.com
Circle R is in Illinios, Evans and Oakley are in KY, Randy Malik is in Michigan. I have Worked with Circle R for the last 8 years and wouldn't go anywhere else, but all mentioned have customers on this board that would say the same.
Re: f-p-s.com
I'm in Kansas City Mo. I'll give Circle R a call, thanks again..

Rich is probably the closest guy to you, and has a good reputation with the stuff he builds. I have never used his engines, but there are plenty of happy customers on this board.
