It was cooler today, only like 112, yesterday when I got home it was 115 in the shade....... with the heat, dry conditions, low humidity and the winds today its perfect for fire storms. I took this pic in my driveway when I got home, this is looking SE, wind is out of the SW so no danger here from this one.




Hell as I type this at 10:00 pm its still 100 degrees, glad I didnt go to the track....... To hot to sweat it out and put your shit in the wall on a slick gooey track........

It's been hot n dry as hell here too Jon,not YOUR hot but the Humidity is killer. Wish my shop had AC,but I have a bigass fan that circ's the hot air. Suppose to get some rain here Sunday.

still been having the heat index a few above ambient, I dont care when its over 110 dry air is like a blast furnace. We have some kick ass swamp coolers in the diesel shop, they are mobile and pretty much stay strapped to our backs lol. In this real hot dry air they go through over 100 gallons of water a day. My home shop has ac but you gotta get it turned on early for it to coolmoff any. My electric bill is gonna be stupid.

our temp today was only 92*but the humidity is a mofo! its 84% NOW.....at 11pm! my ass has been wet all week come on fall......

We're burning up up here too. Hot, dry, windy conditions, along with alot of lightning, make for quite a spectacle at times... Ma Nature can be quite beautiful, yet so devastatingly dangerous...
