If he paided for it before you go there, 
then met you there he shouldn't have to pay tax's. 
Help the man . Do the break for him.Take it put on back of truck and look the other way and Dam someone stole it. 
Beat the system. 
Put a smile on his face. 
Remember he PAID FOR IT BEFORE YOU went. Just 2 cents worth.

The state tax auditors want proof the part[s] were shipped out of state...they aint that easy/stupid .
