Anybody have to replace the sunroof seal on a 05 super duty truck?
Is it a P.I.T.A or easy?

i've worked on a lot of them, not on a sd truck, but most of them were not leaking. before you mess with the roof be sure and check the drain tubes but most of all the front and back glass.where are you finding the water?AL Q wrote:Yes

Re: sunroof
The head liner around the sunroof is damp. I blew out the drain holes , still leaks, the seal has a small tear on the front edge of the glass

Re: sunroof
is it a factory moon roof, that will open or retract? i'd about put money on the leak not be'n the seal on the glass if it's a factory roof.i use glass cleaner that sprays out in a foam across the top of the glass and use compressed air on the inside of the glass to check for leaks.
