No. Too many people are ignorant on nitrous usage and are scared of it. But it works......

No I run N/A. Just had a post on facebook from a friend where the side of a trailer is blown apart with whats left of the bottle on the ground. Thank God the kids were in the motorhome and no one was hurt. I'm sure it was stupidity on someone but none the less after investigating it I want no parts of it!

just remember, some fire extinguishers are made with the same exact bottles as nitrous companies use. heck most nitrous companies use the same bottle manufacturer. I have seen a nitrous bottle explode and a propane tank the same day. both from people doing things with them they shouldnt. do accidents happen, yes, but very rarely just as you already said.
But, remember this, more people are hurt at the track by being too close to the starting line during burnouts than all other accidents combined.

lotta factors go into a bottle blowing apart like that, a little common sense goes a long way.

N/A here I like the real HP made with alot of hard work and and parts I have nothing against the bottle just not for me.1 thing you see more hoods blew off from the bottle with the tune off alittle the n/a you might see a little backfire or pop then it moves out with the hood still on it.But I might grow a big set of go nads and put one on mine one day.

No bottle or pacifier for me just seems like cheating, I believe build it (or have it built) right and all the power you need is in the pedal...no button needed.

From 14's to 12's
on 3850 pound 57 fairlane 500 tudor htp. with of all things a 304 cid Y-block. It just wasn't fun without the kit on it. It was the biggest bang for the buck I have ever seen. I had a homemade tunnel ram with 2 AFB carbs and I jested my cheater plates for 75 hp each and It actually blew peoples minds in the early 90's. !2.09 at 110 mph was the best it ran and it had 5.14 gears in it too. I crossed the finish line at more than 7000 rpm. The worst thing I ever did to it was a blown headgasket.

150 shot won't hurt
a decently prepared engine if you follow the guys recomended instructions these guys on this site will provide. I ran almost 4 bottles thru my Y block at a race in Union Grove one year. It is kinda addictive though
