Taxes are not the problem , it's the spending.

If everyone on here that were sharing different views knew where every dollar was spent, and how it was spent, we all would probably band together and physically remove 80% of them from both party's.

When your country is thriving you can spend on things not necessary just like you do in your own life, but when your money is tight and things get ruff most of us cut out all the spending , tighten our belt and ride out the storm. And even as things get better we still tend to be careful about spending until we feel safe again.

Not so with our geniuses we have elected, they are consumed with infighting with each other and trying to screw one another that we the people and the country end up being the ones that suffer.

That's exactly what I said in my post. Right on brother. Cut the spending on the crap and get it in line with the income.

Maybe the fox news network is not explaining this well enough?

Do you own a business? That 250K is not jack. My income on paper is way above $250K but by the time I pay all my employees and benefitsa for them, along with business expenses, then I get taxed 41% and then I get taxed 15% for self employment tax. So I am already pay over 50% in tax as it is and the president wants to tax me more? I am middle class when all is said and done, as a matter of fact lower middle class.

In addition, the presidents proposal is going to cut out your mortgage expense deductions, along with with charitable gifts deduction. I dont know about you, but most people pay a pretty good lick in mortgage expense that is deducted from their taxes and that would be a TAX increase on the under $250,000, the president is just not calling it that.

Good day

Good day

wow . you are in business ? think you should fire all that work for you . then you would'nt have to pay employee S/S and comp insurance plus other cost .

now whats your income ? you will have to find /make extra hours in the week so you can do all the work yourself . great b/s story you have , but without the works your income would be less . wouldnt it ?

your income is the companys net , not the gross sale , that net is your gross income thats taxed . like I said ..WOW . your inbusiness ? I know that and you don't ? WOW

Mike , after all the bills are paid , thats the owner gross income .
company' gross money intake is sales . Sales being ..product/sevice
company net profit is after paying employees, rent/morgage, heat, lights water , property taxes , insurances , matching S/S payment product cost .. new equipment/ maintainance . Thats the cost of doing business . after paying all that , the money left is the owners Gross income
that gross income of the owner is the companys profit , now he has to pay taxes on his income .

very simple ,

when you snowplow , that fee is not 100% profit , is it . your cost is fuel , equipment ...you know the reast

my prior post was not a riddle . maybe just something that far wingers don't want to hear.

Here is what it is: Total sales - cost of goods = GROSS PROFIT
Now, after paying payroll, rent, utilities, insurance, etc, etc = NET PROFIT

So my question would be, are taxes going up for companies making $250,000 or more in GROSS profit or NET profit?

I am talking corporations. Most corporations in the US are really a single or maybe two partners that form a corp. People do this for many reasons, mostly for liability protection.

I can't say what corp or inc , limited company pay .
what extra taves they do pay , keeps them safe from personal loss from liability . can look at that tax as a form of insurance
