New Guy from Kentucky

Well as stated in the title I am a new Guy. Im in the process of rebuilding my mud / street truck. The truck well be a dual purpose rig. The drivetrain will be a 1978 bronco with the Dana 44 front an 9 inch rear. I have a 460 bored .030 a mild cam an ported heads. My plan is to swap my 88 fuel injected cab onto the rails. I have alot of questions : what is the max lift cam I can run ,what should I do to the 88 heads, what are some more things I should look into doin to the motor.
