cage cleaning  Empty cage cleaning

ok so i got all my bars in to work on this chassis ....... but i need to clean these bars that are underneath this car ...what do i need to use so there is no residue and no deadly fumes while welding ???

It works good to or simple green strieght out of the bottle and some sand paper

The welders and sheet metal guys at work used to use Sani-Foam. Worked good.

Nick, are you going with chromoly? I'm thinking about cutting my mild steel cage out, and going to moly. I weighed my car last week, it was 3118lbs with out driver. I pulled 95lbs off this week end, looking for places to get more.
