Maybe he's trying to act like he knows people... Some people are off like that. Like there was a guy at a cruise and we had the cars parked on the lawn. He comes over and sits between me and the cougar. Then when people took pictures of it he'd stand in front of the car so he would be in the picture, people would compliment him on the car and he'd just agree with them. Wacko
