I don't think it's a lost art. The nitrous car we are tuning makes about 1200 on nuts alone. Can't say how many lbs of nitrous we use per pass though.

They don't allow booster seats to look out the windshield.

The reason you look tall in the pic is the rest of your family is short too and the stang's roof is only 3' off the ground.
