Cal Trac Question Empty Cal Trac Question

Post  Dave C. March 25th 2013, 3:24 pm

Just wandered if anyone was having issues with the stock front leaf spring hangers. My Torino has them and the hangers look pretty weak .

No problems here on the torque boxes, stock spring perches won't hold up very well though. No

This thing has a currie rear housing,,the perches look ok..It's the front spring hanger I was worried about...A guy at the track said he hasnt had any trouble with his hangers...Thought i'd get more opinions....Your car looks like it leaves pretty hard so if ur not havin trouble ill quit worrying about it.

TVRP, but my car is in chassis prison for a few more months, and it won't be back up and running till it is BBF powered. So unfortunatly it will be probably late this year / early next year at best. Sad Unless you want me to break that motor of yours in for ya while Jon is turning your car into a promod. Laughing
