That green car is thr real deal.  Its left more people sore assed and broke than a 10 year prison sentence. No internet videos,  no tv bs, just green money. You would be very challenged to see ANY eviidence of that car making a pass let alone get a accurate time on it. Its like a ghost.

Sounds like its a money maker. Im sure all this money its won is on the street right? Should be some easy money for him to make so Justins number is easy to get set something up.

You all gotta remember its a tv show aimed at a general audience... not just folks like us who live, breath, eat, sleep in the drag car world they are attempting to portray.  So it has to appeal to the uninformed masses with drama nonsense and such to be more interesting to them.  If it wasn't staged at closed off locations we'd be watching grainy, shaky iphone videos of tire smoke and then tail lights disappearing not sure what the hell was going on or who won. If you want that see youtube.

Yeah the goofiness is a bit over the top in my opinion.  But it's the closest show to what I was fondly involved in for better than a decade in upstate NY.  Those are some of my fondest memories and for me the show brings those times back into focus.  So I watch it.

#1 example varleys car ....looks to be an older a429 cobrajet headed car than getting sprayed ? correct you prob know

that car is on the so called list .........i would bet money on it that car isnt crazy fast compared to the rest and shouldnt be on that list .. Fabio mustang with the p51 i would assume is making alot more steam than that thing .

i just think its ass backwards the top of the list is another league and the other have are in another , and for anyone to say that no one can beat them is dumb , its more trash talking due to people not wanting to travel to them .

Its street racing if they went to a track there would be alot of feelings hurt ...... i think there fast but theres a lot more of the same through out the country , hell even cars on here

They said a few times the Varely was a legend in the eightys and early ninetys.....and seeing they say he hasn't changed much since then I would be willing to bet that car is a low to mid 9 car.....truck is low 10 high 9 ride

i agree with what your saying , i just think the list for 7 sec cars to 10 sec cars is a little much ........hell a new gt500 with slicks and some bolt ons could be #10 then lol

you won't see no lists popping up amongst thr serious cars. If you do REAL grudge or street racing only two things matter... money and secracy. Nobody gives s crap about some make believe ranking. Just getting paid. I'm not trying to offend anyone, but that's s fact.

I think its just about the talk. The 10k callout has been out there for a while and now another 5k race is out there. They can say thats chump change not enough $$ or whatever excuse (hey thats what it looks like) they want to use. They say they can come drag there ass, "gap" them etc. Seems it would be alot easier to quit typing and get off the net and earn some easy cash. But what do I know. Im just a slow ass track racer that needs hEros help to get my bucket lined out.

Its not sbout talk its about reality. I know of 4 guys and 2 from Detroit that have already gone down there and left with money. But you don't hear about that because there wasn't a tv crew. Fiction can be fun.

A kots guy has video on his fb of his ss turbo sn95 car clipping 3 of those guys. We went down there in 05 and they wanted to go for 50 bucks and pride and shit. Another guy went down there for cash days and clipped a bunch. So yes wwe've been down there and I can't think of one that lost any money. So when they say that on the show all you can do is laugh. To those that don't know its sounds all good. To those that do it gets an eye roll.

Chris Hamilton has the boostedgt. Car is no slouch for sure. But dont think him and the nova, sonoma, monte ever lined up for a money race on the street. So you are basing how fast these cars are from 05? Man thats like comparing a mustang II to a 14 shelby super snake.

noooo what I'm saying is lots have come to them and its been a waste of time and fuel. I had the white car there in 05 and it never came off the trailer. It was kid shit. I'm sure they are faster now....so is everyone else. All this comr to mr gets old. Whens the last time they stepped out of their bsck yard? Whens the last time they had to race on someone else's terms. When have they EVER beat anyone but themselves? They went to louisana earlier this year. Justin, Flip, Shawn, Boosted and one other guy. Couldnt get a street race down there and ended up at the track. Dont remember if they got any races there. All came back with broke cars lol. If you want to know more just go to midweststreetcars.com and sign up. Dont know if its back up yet they are updating the site.

LOL no spokes person here. I helped my buddy when he would go up and race with these guys. Seen first hand how they do it. They have all there ducks in a row thats for sure.
