pass. side water pump

I've read that there is a pass. side outlet, short water pump but can not find one.Any tips on application? I got a great buy on a chevy radiator & am trying to keep the hoses as short as I can.

You have heard wrong unless you mean an ELECTRIC pump.

Sell the radiator and get the correct one.

I have seen sbf with the outlet hose on the passager side but not a bbf with out going to the electric.

Windsor family small blocks had passenger side intake pumps prior to 1970 but I don't think the 429-460 engines have that option in pumps. Also, on the Windsors, the timing marks and timing tab were moved to the other side when the pump redesign happened so if you changed the pump you had to change the harmonic balancer as well if you wanted to be able to see your timing marks.
