If we BOIL CRAWFISH next weekend at the track who is going to eat them????

At the track? Not sure what day we'll boil the crawfish. All depends how cold and alive I can keep them until its time to boil.

I was thinking you guys would go first because of the "keeping alive thing", but no big deal.
Which ever day you weren't cooking we would cook some pork shoulder and fresh potato chips.

We're bringing 60 lbs for sure. Just trying to figure out if I need to get another 30 or not. They come in 30ish lbs sacks...

Well I'm in Lafayette, LA right now and I ate 5 lbs. last night myself. So 60 lbs. is just enough for 12 people at that rate or 20 people at the 3 lb serving. Better bring more and a lot of guys like the corn, sausage, and potatoes just as good as the crawfish.
