C6 burnout question.
I have a newly built c6 that is full manual with a big servo, extra clutches and was wondering what is best for the transmission.
Start burnout in 2nd or go 1-2?
It's a 351c, 5000 stall converter, 4.57 gear, 28x10.50 Hoosier, no transbrake. Couldn't find anything in a search. All input appreciated.

Re: C6 burnout question.
I've always just put it in 2nd and left it there at 5000 RPM. Count to 5 then let off the line lock. Been working for the last 16 years.

I've always started in 2nd and then shifted to high gear. It's always worked for me with a C-4 or C-6.

Times 2 just blip the throttle and bring it up to about 5500 for about 3 seconds......... They spin easy when the tires are wet.
