Mean Hornets Nest

I took this pic in Yankee Land Campground in Kennebunk Maine.

That reminds me of a Duck dynasty show where they were trying to get a nest down for the honey without getting stung...Didn't work to well in the beginning.

Ah my buddy said don't worry about it just smack it down with a broom, the ones that sting make the nest with all the little holes in them, the nest like this with a big hole in the bottem are safe

Best way I have found to deal with any kind of Bee's nest, be it a hornets nest like above or an in ground yellow jackets nest is a simple shop vac, tape the hose to a stick, prop it close to the hole and let it run for an hour or so. Every bee that comes near the hose gets sucked in , then I leave the shop vac run and spray brake clean down the hose or bee killer. Let it sit for a day and dump them out. Aint got to worry about getting stung that way.
