it's for a standard tail housing.

I thin Mark Williams make some of the strongest parts on the market,BUT you really have to watch w/interchanging w/other brands such as Moser,strange etc. Lots and most of the time they will only work in the MW family of parts.

The differwnce between this MW & one for a roller tail shaft is the diameterof the part that slips into the trans, a roller tail shaft takes a spacific... there is NO compatibility issues if you have a standard tailshaft on a powerglide.... 27 spline PG is a 27 spline period!

3rd member however such as spool spline/axle spline from manufacture to manufacture (pitch of the cut on the teeth)
is where you need to pay attention...
