Anybody in Omaha, Nebraska?

I have a couple of friends from Colombia that are in Omaha. They are are in the US to go to college. He needs a car that is cheap as possible, but reliable enough to get him around for his classes. Anybody know of good places to check? Certain car lots? I think $2000 is his max.

I'm about 200 miles west of there, but I might be able to hook him up with my daughters car. I'm trying to get an Explorer bought for her, and then sell the Park Ave. that she is driving now.
