I believe Charlie has some on hand, although I haven't spoken to him for awhile. If not, I have a set that I could sell you if you are in dire need. Charlie also sell a modified factory distributor that will clear with some slight grinding on the front of the manifold. Or the low profile MSD pn 8569 will work as well. Hope that helps, Charlies number is 270-685-4654.

Re: C-460 head to A 460 t-ram intake adapter plates
Brian,
I have some adapter kits in stock,,,,, so whatever you want to do. If Steve (Nevs) wants to sell his tunnel ram adapter kit, then go ahead and buy it from him, or from anybody else that wants to sell their's for whatever reason.
The stock 429/460 Motorcraft distributor will clear, using the small blue points style cap (before 1974/75). The stock 429/460 distributor is actually shorter than a 351 dist. As Steve said, you will have to grind to corner off of the bottom of the TFS plenum. Look for pictures that Travis Rice has posted of his engine and you can see the adapter plates and also the Motorcraft distributor. Whenever I use the Motorcraft dist., I generally rebuild one good dist. from 2 or 3 junkyard cores and then of course replace all the electronic guts with new Borg-Warner parts.
Hope this helps,
Charlie
P.S. Travis's pictures of his engine are on page 3 of "Please Post Pictures of Your Engine"

Travis,
Thank you so very much for posting up your pictures! Your contributions here are appreciated.
Nevs,
Thanks for answering the question and helping Brian out. Likewise your contributions here are appreciated.
Brian,
Welcome to the good forum, the Band of Brothers so to speak. I hope you come down for the BBF Winter Tech Seminar in Terre Haute, IN on Jan 16th. If you want the adapter kit, and Stoked My Ford (Dennis) has a kit for sale, then feel free to get it from him,,,,or Nevs either one.
Dennis,
How does your Thor headed engine compare to your old C-460 headed engine? Or would you rather not "show your hand"? Hope to see you at the BBF Winter Tech Seminar also!
Thanks,
Charlie

Definitely had more to play with but it was hard to get it to the ground. I did manage to win points in Two class though. I am going to have to lighten the pig up being 500-900lbs heavier than the competition
