went a 8.14 in the final, damn bracket car on spray. thing worked good considering it aint been started since the first of july........

been a lotta work, couldnt have done it without my main crew guy Jacoby...... he drug the brown car down there, kept the fuel cells topped off and the bottles tended too......

pretty happy with both cars, i figured some stuff out tonight that may have been hindering the 60' on the Grande..... dont matter now the DD is coming apart for freshen up with some changes. Hell its still go the oil in it from over a year ago lol.

Well, no fat stack of cash for me but I did qualify 18th. Car ran it's best ET and mph ever. 10.46 @ 130. To say I'm happy would be an understatement. Had a great time hanging with friends and am finally home.

Can't wait until next year.

yes 2 new best time for the Bird of Prey. 8.30 in qualifying 8.28 in the race. # 2 qualifier behind the hErO. won $200.

I was gonna take it apart for upgrades but there is a t n t in 2 weeks where they are taking the top 8 cars and running um for some cash, besides looking at the tune up it was real low on timing, that and the 60' needs work.....gonna give that 7.999999 one more shot before it comes apart lol.

I had a great time. A little slow start but got things going in the right direction. Ran a new best with my 460. 11.11 @ 121. Big thanks to Jon for getting me intouch with Lenny and helping on this converter. Before Lennys converter the best my car would 60' was a 1.75 and ran 11.42 @122. With no other changes but a converter swap it went 11.11 @ 121 with a 1.60 off foot brake. Pretty sure its got a 10.90 in it. Gonna shoot for that next time out.
