That doesn't sound good! I hope someone buys the whole company and keeps it going. Otherwise I guess I better buy some spare pickups and plug wire ends, before they are unavailable.

Reads like they are wanting to sell off certain parts of it and reorganize. It's not shut down and liquidate like a Chapter 7 bankruptcy would be.

Well Hostess came back so I reckon there's hope fer MSD.

Building their coils overseas and the high failure rate that came with that cost them lots of customers out here. I had 2 coils fail within a few months of purchase myself. Profit for the share holders, but lost customers through bad quality.
