Oakley Motorsports is growing.

I would like to thank everyone that has made our business such a success.  We have customers on this site that have purchased carbs, small parts, cylinder heads, complete engines, port work, nos systems, etc and we appreciate all your business.  We have engines winning weekly in drag racing,  mud racing,  truck pulling and boat racing.  I never dreamed this would happen so fast and a lot of it is word of mouth from customers on this site.  

So with our success and our drive to stay at the top of performance we have added the following a new Super flow 750 Flow bench and accessories.  We are also taking delivery by October 1st of a Sunnen cv 616 powerhone, Sunnen line hone and a Sunnen rod station.  We have also purchased a new heated parts spray washer.  Thursday I have a appointment to look at new cbn cutter mills and a couple other things.  We purchased these Sunnen machines because our current work was being done on this equipment.  We want this transition to be effortless and keep the same high quality our customers know us for having.

As many of you already know I have been working hand in hand with Don Bowles for over a year now with his race team .  Don is an awesome guy and sees the benefit from having top notch testing equipment.  Don has Purchased a Brand new Superflow Power Mark Dyno with all the Newest software and technology.  We should have this installed by the middle of October and he will be allowing us to dyno our engines on this awesome equipment.  We also have access to his Chasis dyno that will handle up to 2000 rear wheel HP.  

I would like you to remember us when you need a freshen-up or something new that we have added these machines and even if you are a do it yourselfer we would love to have your business.  Also look for specials after October on A-460 blocks ready for assy and etc.  As always all of our FORD racing parts will come from BF Evans.  If you would like us to do your machine work you may also purchase your products from Lem and we will gladly pick it up, do your machine work and ship to you.

I would like to say I'm proud to have Phillip and Oakley Motorsports as a sponsor of the site. Update on recent purchases. We have purchased a new Comec acf 200 boring and mill machine with all attachments. This machine will also allow us to install .904 Lifter bushings if you desire. We also have purchased a new cwt industries crankshaft balancer. This machine looks to be one of the top balancing machines on the market and we are striving to give our customers the best. We will start taking delivery of our new machines next week and be up and running before the end of October. Thanks again and keep us in mind if you would for your future machining needs. UPDATE: The rumor is that this equipment will do any and all 7.3 machining processes required by law.
