Re: Members in the upper MidWest
We are ok here.
A small tornado took out a body shop and few other buildings on the north side of town.
Lots of wind damage everywhere. 100mph+ at times.
I'm without power here at home.

A lot of downed power lines and uprooted trees around here. No tornado but, straight line winds in the upper 60 MPH range.

Re: Members in the upper MidWest
Lots of damage around here with rumors of a couple small tornados. The factory where I work has a window in the roof now, nice size too. We saw straight line winds in the 80-90mph area, so lots of trees down and roofs blown off. Our factory is closed, but the IT guy has to work dang it... lol.
Re: Members in the upper MidWest
I'm still without power.
I have the generator keeping the fridge and freezer cold. My ice fishing heater is taking the chill off in the house.
No way am I complaining though. There are a lot of less fortunate folks who lost everything in this storm.

Very strong winds here....circular winds that is, the tree's were doing about a 30' circle at the top not just leaning one way. A small tornado touched down just a few miles East of here and did some pretty good damage....it was ugly for awhile

We got lucky up here the worst missed us, had strong winds, hail, and some minor flooding. Prayers out to everyone who was affected by the storms.

Re: Members in the upper MidWest
We're out of power they estimate it to come back on 11:30 pm tonight, lost it Sunday evening around 6:45 pm and we we're just getting rain, very heavy rain then. The winds we're totally crazy which blew in like 3 hrs after we lost power. I couldn't get the house generator going last night so I stayed home from work and got it taken care of today and now I'm playing on the net and surfing. Kinda crazy, no Detroit Edison electricity but have internet, phone and cable one of the very few times that Charter cable has survived
No major damage in my yard, just limbs, a few trees down in the surrounding neighborhood.
