If you need hookups, there is the Rough River State Park not far from the track.  I think those campgrounds are about 15-20 minutes from the track.
We used to stay there and run up to the track during the day.

George, if you had some sort of flier, I wouldn't mind helping out spreading the word on various forums. ( as well as craigslist postings)

We will be arriving Hardinsburg on Friday the 5th to park trailer and set up our pit site, we are really excited about the program this year and can't wait to make our first pass after we get there. Last year we killed the first day watching it rain hopefully that will not be a problem this year. We will be staying at the Holiday Inn Express at Tell City, In. again this year, very nice place with some good places to chow down. With luck we will bring 2 maybe 3 cars from this area along with us this year. Hurry up and get here first week in June, hope to see you guys in Hardinsburg, soon.

Hmm, June 6th is will be my 27th wedding anniversary. I wonder how my wife will react when I ask her to go on a romantic getaway weekend to Hardinsburg, KY. And we can go site seeing at the local drag strip....  

SHE'LL LUV IT ! Our local track always opens on Mother's Day, it's my wifes favorite day.................

I told my wife that she needs to get her priority's in order.Anniversary's are on the ten's,nothing less. I guess women think different than we do.    We are celebrating our 17th on the 15th.

Truer words were never said    Congrats on making it 17. We would have gotten divorced years ago but neither one of us wanted custody of the kids    

Actually its' been a pretty good ride so far, and she has been patient with me working 2 jobs to build the hot rod.

I told my wife I'd race any time I got the itch. Then I laid out the rest of my rules for her. I guess she didn't like that, 'cause I didn't see her again for about 2 weeks.
