Without a sonic check its hard to say, 4.42 is safe most cases.

Depends on the use as well.

Yep , unless you are going to sonic check the block the .030"/.040"/.060" overbores are the safest places to be .

I have one of them there blocks, but I'm not about to bore it that far unless totally necessary. Evil or Very Mad

Best thing is to only bore the block enough to clean it up, because the more metal surrounding the piston the better.
