2013 Cobra Jet

Anyone now what the weight of this vehicle is ? How much horsepower they have 5.0 supercharged ? Some one I know just took delivery of one , I'm not supposed to know about it . Word has it they intend to call me out and I want to be fully prepared for them .

The 2013 with the 5.0 and the 2.9L Whipple will run typically 9.0s to 8.80s. Maybe a bit slower if right off the showroom with a new driver.

Almost seems not worth it to build what we have.

Its worth it! I will notice and appreciate your car for what it is, if I see it on the street. I won't give a 2013 a second glance and could care less about it.  Ps this was not about the Silver 572 car, I would definitly like it, since it has Carbs and Old School BBF.

I love the '69 Mach I more than any other mustang made, but if they had made them for 10 years and produced 100's of thousands of them, they wouldn't be worth much today. There is nothing finer than a world that moves forward. It makes us appreciate both, for what they are. Which car would you rather be sitting behind in a traffic jamb? I know I would rather be behind the 2013. Which factory car would you rather have at the track? If you want to go fast, I'd have to say the 2013. At a car show where you're trying to evoke feelings, the 69 might be the bigger draw.
