Wiseco 4.560 A Head Pistons
I have a brand new set of Wiseco 4.560 bore pistons for A Heads. I bought these for my 588 c.i. build and they have been mocked up in an engine. The compression was going to be 12.5 to 1 with 87cc Trick Flow heads so I bought a different set to get more compression. They go with a 6.700 rod and 4.500 in crank. The Wiseco part# is AW-04244. They come with pins, locks and a new set of total seal rings. $500 plus shipping.
Thanks

Killer deal but why such a small dome if your building a custom piston to start with. I figure its 3cc's

I bought everything from a guy. Heads, crank, rods, pistons etc... He was going to shave the heads to bring the compression up buy I didn't wan to do that.

Would those pistons work with the Ford Motorsport A460 heads ? If so they would give more comp as they are around 76cc chambers?

You would have to call Wiseco to be sure that they would work. The compression ratio would be higher for sure with the smaller chambers.

Mark i called wiesco when this was first listed and the info they have is vage. they say its a 3cc dome for a very small chamber. they really did nt have any more info. maybe the sell has the original box and the paper work for these. this is a killer deal and will work for both Ford and TFS "a" heads. my block just happens to be needing a 4.562 bore piston so i will have to order mine. My head just so happen to be a 67cc chamber

Ace,
If these piston mic @ 4.560" they may work for your 4.562" minimum clean up you can always bore a little more ? But if they mic @ 4.555" then they may be a little loose @ your 4.562" minimum = .007" piston-bore clearance. Depends what they mic @.
If I could make them work I would run them with a 4.3" stroke & 6.8" rod with a 76cc head it would be around 14.5 which would be decent. I haven't taken my block in yet but it may need more of a clean up than I expect in which case I couldn't use these.
