Cam/PTV clearance question

I have a stock stroke 466 with lunati flat tops not sure on valve reliefs. Have edelbrock performer rpm heads. 75cc, 2.19, 1.76 valves. 1.73 rockers, Cometic MLS head gasket not sure how thick. My queation is how big of a cam do you think I can go? I've been interested in the solid roller cam from ford racing 521" crate motors. It's around 640 lift. Thanks

Only way to know is check it.don't assume you have enough or the results my be bad.
