While I'm sure some pretty good fab skills were needed, but....
I'm at a loss to understand the motivation behind such a project. Maybe the guy woke up after a night of heavy drinking 
to learn that he'd made a silly bet...and was forced to follow through.
It's value would depend largely upon its weight, IMO.

Biggest problem I see is that I doubt the inside rear view mirror lets you see much anymore, and I don't see any side mirrors. At least then you could watch Chebbies disappearing. 
Where's the gas filler cap on that thing, anyway?? I guess the tank's in front??

They remind me of the black Eatons off the Ford Harley Davison trucks. Probably from the salvage yard and someone fabbed an adaptor for the Holley's? I bet a bored engineer bult this car for kicks?
