New Sledgehammer Plate - SOLD

Due to a major life change I have to put this up for sale, a brand new in the box Steve Johnson flowed Sledgehammer plate with Jets for 150 - 600hp. Asking $750 plus the ride.

Is it for a 4150 or 4500 style carb?
