I want to sell the following:
  RICHMOND 5 SPEED, AND SHIFTER SOLD, THANKS DAVE.
  Richmond 5 speed transmission in very good condition, never been hurt, and Hurst V gate shifter $1,500.00 + shipping.
 The ratios for this transmission are as follows 3.28 / 2.13 / 1.57 / 1.24 / 1.00
The transmission part number is #7041711A

No, he originally planned on being a strip car, but now it's going to be strictly street. He's looking for a "plain vanilla" C6 with a 2,000 / 2,500 stall converter.

I,m sorry but I don't know what the ratios are. What are you referring to when you asked what number? I can try to get pictures, I don't know how to do it. All I can tell you is my son bought the transmission, and shifter new from Summit for his Fox Body project - had about a thousand miles on it, it's never been hurt, he got the motorcycle bug - lost interest in the car, and now it's been sitting in my garage for the past four years. My asking price is firm, as it is a great deal for a great transmission. Hope this was helpful.

Put trans in first gear, rotate input exactly 1 turn and make note how many times the output turns. (ie 1 / .25 of a turn)
Put trans in second gear, rotate input exactly 1 turn and make note how many times the output turns. (ie 1 / .5 of a turn )
Put trans in third gear, rotate input exactly 1 turn and make note how many times the output turns. (ie 1 / .75 of a turn ) and so on.

Or how many turns of the input to make output rotate 1 time per each gear? This process will get you close to the actual ratios and could be confirmed
on the Richmnd web site. I'd like to know what kind of torque it will take.

why not just call Richmond and give them the serial # off the trans and they will give you the ratios
