magnaflux???? Empty magnaflux????

the guy told me that my block "460" is to big to magnaflux but he said that he can pressure test the block and magnaflux the main caps is this true ???? the more I think about it it dose not make sense the main caps are at least 3/4 thick so the block cant be to thick 302-460 block maybe little longer/taller but don't you move the probe around as you spread the yellow powder  Question
