Offset gas peddle? Empty Offset gas peddle?

Trying to install the new parts from dfree, and need to know if anyone has ever seen a 6" or so offset gas peddle to get the throttle cable in more of a line. Motor is so far back that I need to make the mods in the cab to keep any kinks out.
Any ideas?
