Front Runner
Which brand seem to best on Front runners I got to buy a new set of fronts tires and going with the front runners. I am waiting 26x4.5x15 or 25x4.5x15.

I like the M/T so far.the fronts hold air way better than the slicks!

We've got Goodyears, M/T's, Hoosiers and Morosos on various cars down here...nobody complains. If it was me, I'd decide based on price and weight.

looks like it might be M/T Summit has them right now $304.72 for 2 with free shipping looks like Friday I will order a set.

there was in the ones I weighed, sometimes when your tryin to save weight a pound is huge.

I just bought new tires and wheels. I looked at Hoosiers and m/t and they both claim to weigh 11#. I ended up with m/t wheels and tires with a big weight savings on the front spindle mount/ front runner setup over the weld star and 165 radial. Every pound counts!

Right now I am working on cutting out every once I can on the frontend swap I want to be in the 5s when I hit the track again

You can start by trimming back some of the excess material on the front motor plate. Weight from excess 1/4" aluminum plate adds up damn quick.

Got to carry the wife up to see her sister next weekend I will be going by summit going to stop and pick up a set of front runners then.

Went on and ordered the M/T 25x4.5x15 they was free shipping on them plus I need them to get the frontend mocked up for welding.
