My wife has twin convection ovens and makes cookies 8 trays at a time.

The wife is usually a Baking Machine this time of year..
BUT, she is still recovering from surgery a few weeks ago and just not
up for a bakeathon....
That being said, as she is prepping the turkey and ham for tomorrows dinner....

Now a little Christmas fun challenge...
I am a little worried about M... I think he might go into cookie / Christmas baking withdraw, so for those who live nearby if you know anyone that can use a Duraspark 460 dist. D5AF orange/blue-purple-black wires , or a complete set of 5/16 .085w 8.550 pushrods purchased from a NASCAR team (dyno only) ...then be the first to deliver M some Christmas baking and I will ship the dist. or the pushrods (your choice will send pics) to you freight paid.
