It will really depend on your source for VP as they likely are fully stocked with C-12 / C-16 that they bought at higher prices, so if it a small supplier that doesn't sell a lot of fuel it will take longer for the prices to come down, they can average the prices by buying a larger quantity at the current lower prices but they will likely be a little Leary about what will happen next so you will not see the benefit of the pricing until it is more stable on the constant price.
SB = to 3x the discount or increase depending on the source IE 5.00 gal for reg 15.00 for race, 3.00 gal reg 9.00 race work out your last comparative price should equate.

Most race gasoline has very little product derived from crude oil.

It also depends on how far it is shipped, the shipping costs drop with the fuel costs, farther away deeper discount on the cost of goods.
