Moroso Billet Aluminum OEM Mount Electric Water Pumps

I was lookng at these, and was wondering if this would cool better then a stock pump? Pumps 30-37 GPM
I also like how short it is, so I fan run a puller fan. 5.1 inchs.

I don't know about the others but I have had good luck with the CSR pumps, and a restrictor washer on the track and the street...like these http://www.jegs.com/vpt/Moroso/Thermostat+Housing+Restrictor

I have never used a restrictor in a race car.
