car rentals Empty car rentals

some friends of mine are heading to the States later this year, they are a couple with 2 kids 9 and 11 and they want to rent a car for approximately a month. They would like a muscle car or something similar, the kids want Bumblebee but anything similar would be great.
any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.
touring around from LA to, Vegas and then to Colorado.
