I couldn't be more proud of this young man

I just got word that my step son is now a Sargent Major. Even though his Mom and I are not married anymore I've always loved 
and thought of Scott and his sister as my own. To serve in the military and survive 3 tours in Afghanistan, he's a true Patriot and Hero in my eyes. Sorry if this sounds like I'm bragging, but what the hell, I am.

It's not bragging when you can back it up! Our Service Men and Women are the most important and least appreciated citizens. Please thank him for his decorated service.

Wish my son would have joined the service like I wanted. My X talked him out of it because she was afraid for him
