Block needed

Well Murphy's law kicked in again. I have had 2 d0ve blocks in my garage for years as spares and I sold both of them to local forum members in need.

I recently had a lifter failure on the dyno and we were getting ready to put my engine back together and decided to mag the block just to be safe. Lifter valley is fine but it's cracked on #2 and # 4 mains..

I'm looking for a dove block that's already been converted to 4 bolt mains or a aftermarket block. I don't need a big bore block. But at this point I'm open to options. I'm in Portland Oregon. Thanks guys

Great minds think alike. He was the first person I called this morning. He said he ordered an eliminator block for a customer on Monday and that his stock pile is gone.

I have a D1 block in Bellingham if you can't find one.

Check your engine balance too. When #2 and 4 are cracked it is usually a harmonic problem , balance related.
