Nahhh. Not getting out. Just thought I would throw it out there. I haven't been pushing it too hard. Just listing it on/off for the past couple of months and slowly dropping the price. I've hit my bottom asking price though. No lower this year. It' a good buy at that. You sure couldn't duplicate it for that. You never know what I might find to replace it if/when it sells.
