Front accessory / serp belt drive
Anyone using stock brackets or parts to hold Fox mustang accessories on the the front of a BBF? I need to hang an alt., power steering pump as well as would like to use a serpentine setup so I just have to worry about 1 belt.. Will have belt driven water pump.

I bought a couple of aluminum spacers with some holes drilled in them that are supposed to adapt the 5.0 stuff. I found them on bigblockfox.com, but that site won't come up. I think the guy's name was Lee Senior, but I don't know if he still makes them.

I just posted pictures of the brackets on fb the other day and now I can't find them. Below is another alternative using the stock 460 pulleys.

Re: Front accessory / serp belt drive
A true "sepentine" drive can not be used with much success on a 385 Ford engine as there is NO water pump available which is efficient when running backwards.
The best to get is the two belt "poly vee" system from the later truck engines.

Ah, didn't know that. That changes things. I had much rather have an efficient pump than have to worry about overheating issues. What Jasonf posted would work wonderfully for me though I feel like. I'll be on the lookout for some later model grooved pulleys and I can make the plate for the power steering pump.

Those are the late model 460 pulleys that Randy is referring to as far as years go.

Ok, So I'll be on the lookout for crank and water pump pulley. I can make that work and I like how it looks.
