Bought a set of DOOE-R heads and......
Bought a set of SCJ heads, and they arrived today. They had the o-ring grooves made/filled and then milled 40,000.
One of the heads has incomplete fill at every chamber.
What's everyone's opinion on these?
The scratch marks are where a factory gasket sits, and I am not wanting to build this to "factory"
Was on eBay, and of course none of this was disclosed.
So, return or are they usable?

I am not the authority on this, but the SCJ heads usually bring high dollars for the resto market, and are priced in line with used alum heads if you managed a great price they can be fixed, if you paid a premium you may want to go in a different direction. Usable probably yes, not as described righteous reason for a refund.

I'd be looking for a refund, there are good untouched heads avaliable for a restoration.

If you paid big money for them , you got ripped off. If you "stole" them you paid for what you got.

Will try and load pics again later.
Thanks for the good input
Bare heads, Paid 975 with the shipping, so not sure if you consider that a "steal" or not

No that's not a steal giving the condition and the good ones are in the 1000-1500 range bare
