King XP-Series Rod Bearings CR808XPND
anyone know this bearing the description says its a chamfered narrow bearing.i would prefer the bearing in std width with a chamfer.would the narrow width be a problem?my crank rod bearing size is for the std bbc. i am trying to use the king xp series for the main and rods in my new build.

I've got a set of CR 808 HPND and they are narrowed instead of chamfered[cheaper process, I guess]
Looks they will work fine.
I thinks the bearing MFG business is going thru alot of turmoil these days, getting rid of a lot of old #s and
cheaponing up some of the current numbers too.
And these King bearings say Made in Israel

When you chamfer a bearing you lose the load carrying capacity of the width of the chamfer . so you might as well just narrow it and leave it square cut
