A friend of mine has an 87 camaro with a 2.8 v6 and aod, he really wants to swap to a v8 and I keep trying to convince him to at least go with a sbf and leave the bow tie bitch stuff behind. I was hoping some of you guys might know of a simple/easy way to put a ford under the hood of his camaro. I figure if hes set on THAT car then he might as well get a REAL motor! Ps: If need be Ive got a couple of 302s and a 351w that Id be willing to let him have.

What a true friend. I'd think the easiest way to install it would be to plate the front and modify the crossmember for the trans. Shouldn't be too hard, and then figure out a set of headers, or just fab up a set. Can't wait to see the looks on the faces of the bow tie girls when you lift the hood and they finally realize they just got their azzes handed to them by a real small block. Twisted Evil
