A thank you from Phil to you guys
Greg P has had a 'passing the hat" in his sig for weeks now.
Some of the checks that he forwarded to me were from members on here.
I wanted to say a big thanks here to Greg and you guys.
For those not up on things My wife of 18 years was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer.
It was caught before it ended up in her lymph nodes and was removed. Due to its aggressive nature and no treatments for reoccurrence we are doing some heavy chemo and radiation.
Greg "passed his hat" for us as my deductible is 4K and with her not working and a 7yr old son its been getting tight. Your donations helped us get thru the last few months, chase our bills down and still give my boy a decent Christmas.
I wanted to extend a personal thanks. Your generosity has helped me and family during this difficult time
I have to admit to my embarrassment in needing that help. I'm usually not a guy who asks for it.
Greg closed the acct today and I think we're gonna finish 09 OK but I will gladly accept anyone's prayers who doesn't mind offering. While your at it my across the street neighbor Robin Kramer has it too. much much worse though. Its terrible to be witness to our friend's suffering and going thru it all too.
All that said i wish you cats a happy Thanksgiving and a joyous 2010.
Bless you guys. Be glad for your health, wealth, friends and family. I know I am
