my no mercy 6 experance

I have been working on getting the car rebuilt all summer since the nos fire last November.2 weeks before no mercy we was looking to do some testing but bad weather came in.so we decided to go down cold turkey first pass on the motor 6.2 something.next pass on nos 5.06@143 first round pass on a .038 jet re adjusted the nms controller and ran 4.959@143.98 .2nd round problem with the purge solenoid so I ran all motor 6.00@120.3rd pass the track wasn't as good so I ran 5.05@143 .I lost first round in the second chance x-275 the car spun just after 60ft and that's that.we now know the topend speed wasn't hardly changing so the converter is roughly 1000rpm too tight.i will get the converter out this weekend and send it out.

Sounds like your week went better than ours. We were #42 qualifier on that list you posted. 1st round of qualifying she left pissed off and wanted to ride the parachute. We were done when she came back down . I still enjoyed the rest of the event as well!

Due to our customers having other obligations we didn't get to attend again. But we are glad to see so many people have a good time and run well. I guess those Texas boys ran pretty well in RvW.

We are sick of missing this race and told Donald that we are bringing our turbo car out of retirement with a makeover to run again. Basically will be new from the ground up again. Our other 25.3 car went to a new home. We'll see everyone in February.

Thursday night Q1. I think there was only 2 or 3 pairs to go down after we got my junk off the track.

Only thing about the Feb race is the damn rain. Always seems to want to rain a lot on that one. A couple of years ago we spent 2 full days in the trailer. Was down there for 4 days and made 3 hits. 1 of which was a paid testing hit. But, that don't stop us from going and plan on being there this Feb as well.

It was the clip labeled "Taking FLIGHT" and the live deal was Thusday1 at 7hr54min mark.

we were on a .038 jet at no mercy pulling 14*total from 28*initial 7*@3500 and another 7*@5500.im sure everybody does their thing different,rite or wrong I don't mind sharing.

Run the gear in the rear that'll make high gear happy. We have a ton of customers in the 4.30's on radials

I understand that, just wondering if he had any info or track testing since we have such similar combos...
